Biography
Kimberlie Larson was born and raised in North Fargo and graduated a proud Spartan from North High School. She graduated from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in 2002 with degrees in Social Work and Criminal Justice. After briefly working in child protection, she realized her desire to help families was better suited with a law degree and she packed up her newlywedded husband and moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She graduated as a Tommie in 2006.
Several weeks after her law school graduation, her first child was born. Again realizing the importance of family, Kimberlie packed up her husband (again) and moved their growing family back to Fargo, to ensure their children would be raised with the close ties of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins (and back-up babysitters).
Kimberlie’s practice is centered around helping each client transition to their next chapter as efficiently as possible, realizing that each transition is going to be a stressful event and never a one-size-fits-all experience. To that end, Kimberlie is well-versed in the options a person has when contemplating starting or responding to a family law issue, whether it’s a divorce, parenting-time issue, or a modification issue.
Kimberlie is a licensed attorney in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
Kimberlie resides in south Fargo with her Spud-husband, Jeremy, and her Bruin-son, Brandon. Her daughter, Brynn, now a Mountain Lion, attends college in Colorado. Her children are the coolest things that have ever happened to her. Her pug, Sadie, is a distant third.
In her spare time, Kimberlie likes to plan out her next quilting project (not necessarily to start it) and contemplate her next vacation (not necessarily to book it).
